Business Development Representative

At ProActivate, we're committed to providing our clients with unparalleled cybersecurity and technology solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a vital role in expanding our presence in the cyber-security market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and cultivate new prospective clients, with a focus on net new business.
  • Develop a pipeline of business equivalent to 3-4 times the annual quota through marketing leads, networking, partner referrals, personal contacts, and LinkedIn activity.
  • Follow-up on all deal calls, meetings, or emails within 3 business days of activity.
  • Schedule appointments with prospective customers to understand their IT needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $100,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
  • Commission on new sales totaling up to $100,000 cumulative monthly recurring revenue in the prior 12 months.
  • 5% of monthly recurring revenue won paid monthly.
  • 10% of monthly recurring revenue won above $100,000/month paid monthly.
  • Total salary compensation at sales target.
  • Projected Year 1 Earnings: $171,250 ($100,000 salary + $71,250 commission).
  • Projected Year 2 Earnings: $239,500 ($100,000 salary + $139,500 commission).
  • 401K with a 4% company match.
