Job Overview

Guidewheel is seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to spearhead our outbound engine and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will partner with customer success, marketing, and business operations to identify new business opportunities and fuel our expansion.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Development, you will be responsible for strategic decision-making, value proposition, and account management in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve the conversion funnel and drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in sales technology tools, such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
