Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure alignment of SK Hynix products with customer systems by collaborating closely with customer engineers and internal sales, planning, and marketing teams.
  • Present technical features, components, and product roadmaps to customer engineering teams and management.
  • Facilitate qualification activities by providing essential documents, sample requests, and other necessary information to key customer contacts.
  • Oversee a cross-functional SK Hynix team responsible for qualifications at customer and ODM sites globally.
  • Coordinate sample schedule discussions with customers and internal teams for qualification purposes.
  • Manage customer quality and RMA processes.
  • Track and report program details and qualification plans, serving as the primary contact for addressing customer technical issues by driving resolutions with the SK hynix FA team and communicating effectively with customer representatives.
  • Achieve and maintain best-in-class customer service levels by advocating for customer requests and concerns, ensuring timely status updates.
  • Learn, understand, document, and periodically communicate the customer's system roadmap and technical requirements.
  • Provide ongoing competitive analysis, product category insights, and market positioning in relation to product and features roadmaps, process technology, and qualification status.
Qualifications
  • 0 to 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Degree in Natural Science and/or Engineering.
  • Experience in a direct customer support role for NAND products is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, understand resource allocations, and lead teams to meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
Compensation:The U.S. pay range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000, varying by work location and job-related skills and experience. Your Recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
