The emergence of new digital products and the expanding Internet of Things are propelling the need for semiconductors. With these market dynamics, SK hynix has achieved remarkable financial success and qualitative growth through its advanced technologies.
As IT devices evolve to become smarter and more mobile-centric, there is an increasing demand for sophisticated semiconductors. In response, SK hynix is enhancing its technological leadership and boosting its product competitiveness in the premium high-value sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of SK Hynix products with customer systems by collaborating with customer engineers and internal sales, planning, and marketing teams.
- Present technical features, components, and product roadmaps to customer engineering teams and management.
- Facilitate qualification activities by providing essential documentation, sample requests, and other necessary information to key customer contacts.
- Oversee a cross-functional SK Hynix team responsible for qualifications at customer and ODM sites globally.
- Coordinate sample schedule discussions with customers and internal teams for qualification purposes.
- Manage customer quality and RMA processes.
- Track and report program details and qualification plans, serving as the main point of contact for addressing customer technical issues by collaborating with the SK hynix FA team.
- Maintain high customer service levels by advocating for customer requests and concerns, ensuring timely communication of status updates.
- Learn and document the customer's system roadmap and technical requirements, providing regular updates.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market positioning relative to product roadmaps and qualification status.
Qualifications
- 0 to 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Natural Science and/or Engineering.
- Experience in direct customer support for NAND products is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and lead teams to meet deadlines.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
Compensation: The U.S. pay range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000, varying by work location and job-related skills and experience. Your Recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
