Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer requirements for current and future products and technologies, providing tailored solutions (DDR5~/CXL/Future Memory).
  • Outline the product roadmap and oversee the product lifecycle.
  • Clarify technical and product specifications based on customer feedback and relay this information to headquarters.
  • Deliver technical documentation and specifications aligned with customer needs.
  • Facilitate sample provision for qualification to secure design wins.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers, managing new product qualifications.
  • Oversee the Product Change Notification (PCN) and Engineering Change Notification (ECN) processes, supplying customers with all necessary technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to develop qualification and sample plans.
  • Coordinate with customers and their contract manufacturers to ensure timely qualification processes.
  • Manage product quality for customers, including Failure Analysis (FA) reports and customer field data.
  • Engage with customer quality engineers and the headquarters Quality Assurance (QA) team to drive quality enhancements.
  • Oversee the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and Failure Analysis processes from customer manufacturing lines or field operations.
  • Manage environmental documentation processes (FMD, RoHS).
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers to improve communication and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to review ongoing projects (Enabling/Quality).
  • Collaborate with customer design engineers and project managers to provide comprehensive technical and product support.
  • Assist customers with all pre-sales and post-sales requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or engineering capacity, with specific expertise in DRAM technology and applications.
  • In-depth understanding of DRAM architecture, operation, and integration, along with proficiency in memory testing tools and software.
  • Proven ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical challenges, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Established track record of managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.

Compensation:

Our compensation structure reflects the labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets, with pay differing based on these defined markets. The U.S. salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000, with variations based on work location and job-related skills and experience. Specific salary details can be discussed during the hiring process.
