In the current digital landscape, semiconductors are pivotal to the IT sector. SK hynix specializes in manufacturing memory semiconductors, including DRAM and NAND flash, which are vital for various IT devices. The company also offers system semiconductors such as CMOS image sensors. As smartphones and tablets have integrated into our daily lives, the demand for advanced IT devices continues to grow. The emergence of new digital products and the expanding Internet of Things are propelling the need for semiconductors. Supported by these market dynamics, SK hynix has achieved remarkable financial success and qualitative advancements through its state-of-the-art technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customer engineers and SK hynix sales, planning, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with customer systems.
  • Present technical features, components, and product roadmaps to customer engineering teams and management.
  • Facilitate qualification activities by providing essential documentation, sample requests, and other necessary information to key customer contacts.
  • Oversee a cross-functional SK Hynix team responsible for qualifications at customer and ODM sites globally.
  • Coordinate sample schedule discussions with customers and internal teams for qualification purposes.
  • Manage customer quality and RMA processes.
  • Track and report program details and qualification plans, serving as the primary contact for addressing customer technical issues by collaborating with the SK hynix FA team.
  • Maintain high customer service levels by advocating for customer requests and concerns, ensuring timely communication of status updates.
  • Continuously learn, document, and communicate the customer's system roadmap and technical requirements.
  • Provide ongoing competitive analysis, product category insights, and market positioning relative to product and features roadmaps.

Qualifications

  • 0 to 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Degree in Natural Science and/or Engineering.
  • Experience in direct customer support for NAND products is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proven capability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and lead teams to meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.

Compensation: The U.S. pay range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000, varying by work location and job-related skills and experience. Your Recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
