Position Overview:


As a Senior Product Launch Engineer, you will be instrumental in facilitating the transition of innovative products from conceptual design to full-scale manufacturing.

Your role will involve collaboration with diverse teams to establish efficient processes that support the successful launch of new products.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
Oversee and manage the New Product Development (NPD) process, ensuring that all project objectives are achieved.
Develop comprehensive project schedules, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.

Team Collaboration:
Engage closely with design, engineering, and production teams to grasp product specifications and requirements.
Enhance communication across departments to guarantee a seamless transition from design to manufacturing.

Process Improvement:
Assess and refine manufacturing workflows for new products to maximize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for enhancement and implement necessary adjustments.

Quality Management:
Work alongside the quality assurance team to establish and execute quality control protocols throughout the NPD process.
Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of new products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Documentation Management:
Generate and maintain detailed documentation pertaining to the NPD process, including procedures, specifications, and reports.
Ensure that all relevant stakeholders have access to accurate and current information.

Risk Assessment:
Identify potential risks related to the NPD process and formulate strategies to mitigate these risks.
Proactively tackle challenges to avert delays in product launch.

Training and Guidance:
Offer training and support to production teams during the initial phases of product launch.
Address any technical issues or challenges encountered during the production ramp-up.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally in NPD or a similar field.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with applicable industry standards and regulations.
