**Job Summary**

The Director of Marketing and Business Development plays a pivotal role in leading the Marketing team to expand the firm's client base. This position is primarily focused on sales and supports the firm by overseeing research and contacting potential new client sources through initiatives developed with the Marketing Team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new markets, customers, and demand for services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to design and implement effective advertising and promotional campaigns, including trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Conduct pricing research and analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies, negotiating contracts for services needed to execute marketing strategies.
  • Develop and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies, ensuring the team is equipped to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, with a strong emphasis on marketing principles and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and a commitment to creating an inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes excellence.
