Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team as a Document Imaging Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for imaging various documents, including affidavits and other legal documents, and ensuring their accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Imaging documents using specialized software and equipment
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of imaged documents
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs of imaged documents
  • Assisting with front desk duties, including greeting clients and handling mail
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal teams
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in document imaging, data entry, or customer service
  • Quality Assurance - OCR (optical character recognition) experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
