POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager in fostering a customer-centric and product-oriented sales environment. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Culture

Evaluates sales data and key performance indicators to identify business needs; collaborates with the Store Manager to implement effective business and sales strategies.

Sets and communicates clear expectations, holding the store team accountable for meeting brand standards in performance and behavior.

Manages payroll and supply budgets efficiently.

Oversees essential operational tasks such as scheduling, shrink audits, inventory management, and payroll accuracy.

Conducts all financial transactions in compliance with company policies, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting.

Ensures adherence to all relevant laws, loss prevention protocols, and operational procedures; provides training to associates to reinforce compliance.

Manages all operational processes, including inventory receipt and dispatch, daily replenishment, and preparation for physical inventories.

Maintains visual merchandising and store organization that reflects the brand's standards.

Fosters a high-performance culture, motivating the sales team to achieve set sales and productivity targets.

Trains and mentors the sales team to ensure comprehensive product knowledge both online and in-store.

Inspires and motivates the store team, cultivating a shared vision while exemplifying core values.

Encourages an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Communicates effectively with store teams and the Store Manager to drive positive changes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

2+ years of experience in retail management preferred.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Able to adapt to technology utilized by the company.

Demonstrated customer service excellence with a proven track record in sales and leadership.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in the administrative aspects of store operations.

Ability to engage effectively with customers and staff.

Regular attendance is essential to meet company objectives; flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Constant walking/standing throughout the shift.

Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Frequent climbing during the shift.
