Sales Manager Overview

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager

  • Seek and develop new business opportunities in the offshore oil and gas sector.

Qualifications for the Sales Manager Position
5-10 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in long sales-cycle projects.

  • Prior experience in the maritime sector, particularly in Renewables or Oil & Gas.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills across a diverse range of international energy companies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to convert market trends into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Robust commercial and financial insight with excellent negotiation skills, capable of anticipating client needs and articulating a compelling value proposition.
  • Ability to assess the current sales landscape and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Creative marketing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Compensation
Salary range from $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
