Sales Manager Overview
We are in search of a Sales Manager tasked with spearheading sales expansion, cultivating new business prospects, and overseeing client relationships within the offshore services industry.

This position demands a proactive and results-driven professional with a comprehensive understanding of the marine logistics and offshore support landscape.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager

  • Identify and target new business prospects within the offshore oil and gas sector.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Create and present sales pitches, proposals, and contractual agreements.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to produce promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct market analysis to remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and client requirements.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to the Sales Director.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Sales Manager Qualifications
5-10 years of relevant experience with 3-5 years in lengthy sales-cycle projects.

  • Previous experience in the maritime sector, including Renewables or Oil & Gas.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships across a diverse range of international energy firms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to convert market changes into commercial strategies.
  • Excellent commercial and financial insight with effective negotiation abilities and the capacity to anticipate client actions while articulating a compelling value proposition.
  • Capability to assess the current sales landscape of the company, suggesting enhancements and other initiatives.
  • Innovative marketing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and similar tools.

Compensation
Salary range from $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
