We are in search of a seasoned Sales Executive to enhance our marketing efforts and strengthen our connections within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on generating referrals for home care services and engaging with families to transform these referrals into new clients.
Compensation Package: The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary complemented by a lucrative commission structure based on sales performance, travel reimbursement, an expense account, and potential performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute weekly marketing strategies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with social workers and healthcare professionals to drive referrals.
- Engage with potential clients to arrange consultations.
- Participate in industry events to promote our services.
- Conduct in-home consultations to convert leads into clients.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations to referral sources.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of our offerings.
- Collaborate with elder care professionals to expand referral networks.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
- Demonstrated success in generating revenue and achieving sales targets through relationship-based marketing and direct sales.
