Job Title: Administrative Data Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Data Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various data-related tasks that are essential for our organization's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate data entry into databases and spreadsheets
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper documents
  • Assist in generating regular and ad-hoc reports based on management requests
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy
  • Update and maintain data in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform regular data audits to identify discrepancies and suggest corrections
  • Support administrative tasks that contribute to operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with database management and data entry software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation:

26-32 Hourly Wage
