Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our job site. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering telephones, ordering office supplies, copying and faxing documents, updating electrical panel inventories, and processing payroll documents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the job site
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Copy and fax documents as needed
- Update electrical panel inventories
- Process payroll documents
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
