Job Description

PuroClean of South Fredericksburg is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our franchise services in assigned territories, resulting in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Marketing: Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective to objective marketing, building a top 25 client list, and providing lunch and learns and promoting continued education courses.
  • Business Development: Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business, while adhering to and promoting safety and guidelines.
  • Brand Awareness: Build brand awareness, promote the One Team culture, and demonstrate a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people, asking open-ended questions, and delivering the brand message.
  • Sales and Marketing Talent: Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
  • Professionalism: Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines, ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
