Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Account Representative is responsible for promoting Green Air products and services that best meet the needs of the existing and new customer base. This position is primarily focused on Commercial Maintenance Programs including equipment replacements.

Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Active member of the Green Air Sales Team, continuously pursue new clients while retaining existing
    clients
  • Professionally field direct calls for Commercial HVACR maintenance agreementsEffectively generate leads through prospecting, social media campaigns, trade organizations and referrals. Survey and record HVACR equipment at commercial properties for accurate estimates of time and pricing
  • Presenting detailed, meaningful solutions to the customer through in person, remote, or hybrid meetings.Obtaining pricing for equipment and estimating labor for small projects and equipment replacements
  • Tracking maintenance surveys, quotes and bid requests via CRM in a timely mannerAbility and willingness to participate in associations relevant to the impact of our growth in targeted
    commercial markets
  • May require occasional nights and weekends. Being an integral part of the Green Air Team, working closely with Service Department, New and Existing Construction Project Managers
  • Contribute productive ideas to enhance the Company's sales and marketing programs and efforts
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Contribute input on goals, update management on reports, utilization of CRM to manage customer portfolios. CRM input tracking the commercial customer sales process
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in HVAC sales experience or B2B sales experience
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willing to learn and contribute to team growth
  • Understanding a solutions-based sales model
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems
  • Desire to perform beyond the mandatory job requirements
  • Must pass a background and drug test
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must possess reliable transportation and be able to pass a national background check
  • Ability to stand, bend, crawl in tight spaces
  • Ability to work efficiently in all weather extremes
Compensation:
  • Base plus Commission
  • Commission percentage

  • Car or Car allowance
