Key Responsibilities- Travel within your sales territory to meet with prospects and customers, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage your assigned territory, conducting regular calls and face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve forecasted market shares and gross profit goals, focusing on maximizing units sales volume, market penetration, and customer loyalty.
- Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services, highlighting how they can improve their business operations and bottom line.
- Collaborate with our service department to grow service business and identify new revenue streams.
- Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition and understand customer needs.
- Complete sales orders and maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer accounts.
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-7 years of work experience in the MHE or Industrial sales and service operations.
- Industrial battery sales or MHE experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of top managers, employees, executives, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Valid driver's license required.
