**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled In-Store Sales Representative to sell all products and services offered by US Cellular. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative aspects of sales, including completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, and accepting customer payments.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Achieve and exceed personal sales goals by engaging and educating customers through product demonstrations and building long-term relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest data and entertainment technology and devices to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to customers in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
  • Provide critical market feedback to the store manager regarding local competition.
