Key Responsibilities

Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents for vehicle purchases and leases.

Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, clarifying financial options, and guiding clients through the financing journey.

Record Management: Maintain precise financial records, update client information, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Administrative Assistance: Support general administrative functions, including organizing documents, filing paperwork, and collaborating with the sales team.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance and Insurance Manager and other team members to optimize processes and enhance overall client satisfaction.


Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in automotive finance and insurance or a related sector is preferred.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with clients and team members.

Customer Orientation: A genuine commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and assist colleagues.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office applications and other relevant software tools.
