Job Description

Job Title: Production Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and coordinating logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate logistical activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Act as a liaison between various field teams during emergency and abnormal operating conditions.
  • Provide daily updates to stakeholders via Teams and generated reports.
  • Dispatch, track, and coordinate Third Party Trucking Companies to ensure delivery or transfer of various fluids.
  • Coordinate disposal of fluids to specific sites in respect to contents of each truck.
  • Organize and coordinate services for various field teams including; construction, drilling, completions, frac fleet services, flowback, production.
  • Initiate general work orders and distribute field service orders for a variety of internal field teams.
  • Develop various reports for distribution and communication between field teams utilizing products such as; Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, or Power BI.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in one of the following job functions: Control Room Operator, Lease operator, Automation Technician, Production Technician.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency using SCADA systems (Cygnet).
  • Advanced knowledge of Production processing equipment.
  • Knowledge of water recycle/disposal.
  • Knowledge of artificial lift systems.
  • Understanding of automated control.
  • Ability to work a 12 hour rotating schedule and sit for prolonged periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Well Optimization experience.
  • Experience operating Compression.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in well surveillance programs such as: LOWIS, XSPOC, Foresite.
  • Downhole and BHA equipment knowledge.
  • Experience in EOR. Waterflood, CO2 injection, Steam Injection etc.
  • Knowledge of oilfield logistics.
