About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Pre-Construction & Business Growth to lead our business development strategy within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with Doota Industrial America's overall objectives.
  • Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning to shape the business development approach.
  • Collaborate with the President and executive team to set long-term goals and create actionable plans.
  • Develop and manage the business development and pre-construction budget.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of business development activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead efforts to understand client needs and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and new markets.
  • Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit and potential for growth.
  • Develop strategies to enter new markets and expand the company's client base.
  • Oversee the development of proposals, bids, and presentations for potential projects.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure proposals are competitive and align with the company's capabilities and goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the construction, telecommunications, or semiconductor industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including project management, and client relations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in office or at the client location 5 days per week.
  • Ability to speak Korean is a plus but not required.
