Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize our state-of-the-art applicant tracking system and other lead-generating resources to qualify, profile, and convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain a full sales funnel of prospects and build strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Collaborate with our IT staffing and search team to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions that meet client needs.
