Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize our state-of-the-art applicant tracking system and other lead-generating resources to qualify, profile, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain a full sales funnel of prospects and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with our IT staffing and search team to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the IT staffing and search industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
