Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group.
As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market share through key account development, prospecting, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share and achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct effective sales calls, identifying and meeting the needs of referral sources and clearly communicating the features and benefits of LHC Group's services.
- Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive a vision of growth and focus on the needs and expectations of the referral community and patients.
- Manage sales administration duties, including Playmaker, CRM, expense entry compliance, and payroll time sheets.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
