Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets by managing the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with K-12 school administrators and decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate SchoolMint's value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine prospecting and selling strategies.
  • Represent SchoolMint at conferences, events, and community engagement opportunities to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience selling enterprise-wide SaaS-based systems in the K-12 education market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and systems, including CRM and sales automation platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, depending on location and territory.
