Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated field sales consultant to discover new customer opportunities and enhance relationships with existing clients to meet sales objectives. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused sales professional capable of prospecting, presenting, and successfully closing sales efficiently.

Compensation:

$66,000 - $89,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive outreach through cold calls and emails to potential clients, arrange face-to-face sales meetings, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Quickly assess potential clients by gathering information to identify key decision-makers, challenges, competitors, budget considerations, timelines, and other possible barriers.
  • Remain informed about market and industry developments to effectively educate prospects and clients on our unique value proposition.
  • Exceed monthly revenue targets and engage in activities that generate leads or sales.
  • Offer mutually beneficial solutions to prospects, negotiate contract details, and finalize sales agreements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to meet and surpass monthly sales quotas.
  • Preferred background in the industry or product knowledge; a high school diploma is mandatory.
  • A passion for engaging with prospects, delivering presentations, closing sales, and requesting referrals.
  • Strong motivation to meet deadlines and attention to detail to provide outstanding service to clients and team members.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales is preferred.
