Key Responsibilities
  • Client Development: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and various lead-generation strategies. Formulate and implement plans to broaden your client network.
  • Sales Consultation: Evaluate clients' insurance requirements, suggest suitable coverage options, and deliver personalized solutions that align with their needs.

  • Policy Oversight: Guide clients through policy modifications, renewals, and claims processes. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Industry Awareness: Keep abreast of market trends, product developments, and competitive dynamics. Continuously enhance your expertise through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Insurance License: Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid state insurance license.
  • Sales Background: Previous experience in sales is advantageous, though not mandatory. A strong aptitude for sales and relationship-building is crucial.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Proven dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and effectively addressing client needs.
