Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Showcase vehicles through demonstrations and test drives.
  • Guide customers through the vehicle delivery process, ensuring they understand all features and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives.
  • Stay informed about incoming inventory and product features.
  • Work closely with service departments to ensure timely vehicle reconditioning.
  • Participate in ongoing training and sales meetings.
  • Maintain a robust prospect development system.
  • Implement follow-up strategies to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Experience in customer service or related fields can lead to success in this role.
