  • Identify and engage new prospects while nurturing relationships with existing clients to boost sales of automotive and industrial coating solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Support team development by leveraging staff capabilities to fulfill current customer requirements.
  • Conduct sales visits to designated accounts.
  • Provide customers with technical assistance regarding color and painting challenges.
  • Utilize tools to enhance precision and efficiency in customer ordering and inventory management.
  • Commit to ongoing personal development through sales and leadership training.
  • Organize customer files and facilitate communication through digital platforms.
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency, determination, enthusiasm, and a contagious sales drive.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in Collision Center or Dealership Management.
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years in automotive coatings or related sales experience.
  • Proven skills in new business development to engage prospects and finalize sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and achieve weekly sales objectives.
  • Strong verbal communication skills along with proficiency in computer applications.
