- Exhibit a sense of urgency, determination, enthusiasm, and a contagious sales drive.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in Collision Center or Dealership Management.
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years in automotive coatings or related sales experience.
- Proven skills in new business development to engage prospects and finalize sales.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and achieve weekly sales objectives.
- Strong verbal communication skills along with proficiency in computer applications.
