Sales Incentives:

  • Base Salary with Commission Structure (up to 35% Commission)
  • 15% Commission on Gross Profit from Aftermarket Products

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to meet customer needs

  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and actively seek referrals
  • Develop skills to effectively handle objections and excel in sales
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales progress
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strive for excellence daily

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with a drive for success
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional appearance and a clean driving record
