Role Overview:
The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing our communication strategies through our marketing automation platform. This individual will be primarily accountable for the effectiveness of our multi-channel marketing initiatives, including SMS, email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

The ideal candidate will ensure that our tailored campaigns are executed flawlessly from conception to implementation, particularly for our rapidly expanding influencer sector.

This role requires collaboration with the Senior Manager to refine our automation strategies, oversee A/B testing protocols, and implement best practices for program improvements aimed at maximizing customer engagement and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs, encompassing Email, SMS, In-App Messaging, Push Notifications, and Content Cards.
- Craft personalized communications using advanced templating languages and dynamic content.
- Oversee the marketing automation infrastructure to ensure effective campaign execution, detailed reporting, and insightful analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Product Engineering, and Marketing Technology, to manage data flow and event tracking.
- Act as the organization's authority on marketing automation and HTML, sharing best practices and providing training to peers.
- Lead the design and execution of systematic A/B testing methodologies in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with CRM teams to strategize campaign initiatives, ensuring successful documentation, production, execution, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
- Share insights and recommendations for performance enhancements across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing automation (experience with Braze is a plus).
- Proficiency in app-driven marketing automation.
- Advanced skills in audience segmentation.
- Experience with HTML coding.
- Familiarity with the marketing technology ecosystem (CRM, data visualization tools, etc.).
- Proven track record in goal setting, sharing best practices, and providing constructive feedback.

A results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to project completion and a focus on continuous improvement is essential.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive projects forward.
