Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative II to join our team at Cambridge Health Alliance. As a key member of our MedSurg 6 North unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to patients and families, including vital sign collection, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, processing medical records, and communicating with healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient unit operations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
  • One year of previous experience as a nursing assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Currently enrolled in a nursing program and have completed two cycles of clinical rotation, or completion of an approved certified nursing assistant training program.
