Kellon Insurance Agency Inc is seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for growth to join our team as a Full-Time Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager. As a licensed personal lines insurance account manager, you will be engaging with clients regularly to assess their insurance requirements and identify the most suitable policies to meet their needs, while providing follow-up to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your strong attention to detail to process payments and update client records.
- Your exceptional customer service abilities will be vital in issuing insurance documentation.
- With your relationship-building skills, you will follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction.
- Employ your effective presentation skills to educate and advise clients on the best policies tailored to their specific needs.
- Assist clients with policy modifications using your adept skills.
Qualifications
- An Active TN Property & Casualty License is a plus.
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant Insurance Experience is required.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and office etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, with experience in AMS360 or similar systems being advantageous.
- Familiarity with independent insurance agencies is beneficial.
