Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your strong attention to detail to process payments and update client records.
  • Your exceptional customer service abilities will be vital in issuing insurance documentation.
  • With your relationship-building skills, you will follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction.
  • Employ your effective presentation skills to educate and advise clients on the best policies tailored to their specific needs.
  • Assist clients with policy modifications using your adept skills.

Qualifications
  • An Active TN Property & Casualty License is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant Insurance Experience is required.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and office etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, with experience in AMS360 or similar systems being advantageous.
  • Familiarity with independent insurance agencies is beneficial.
