Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your strong attention to detail to process payments and update client records.
  • Your exceptional customer service abilities will be crucial in issuing insurance documentation.
  • Leverage your relationship-building skills to follow up with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Employ your presentation skills to educate and advise clients on the most appropriate policies for their individual needs.
  • Assist clients with policy modifications using your expertise.

Qualifications
  • An Active TN Property & Casualty License is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant Insurance Experience is required.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and office etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, with experience in AMS360 or similar software being advantageous.
  • Familiarity with independent insurance companies is beneficial.
