Job Overview

The Bilingual Account Support Specialist plays a vital role in fostering customer relationships and enhancing account management for both prospective and current clients within a contact-center setting. This position relies on established protocols to ensure customer retention, manage portfolios, and engage potential new clients through solution-oriented discussions.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional account management that drives increased sales and profitability by resolving issues and demonstrating the value of our products and services.

* Understand how individual bottler marketing strategies impact customer experiences.

* Sustain and enhance customer relationships to ensure retention.

* Utilize available resources to collect data, analyze challenges, and make informed decisions.

* Analyze data to identify root causes and uncover opportunities.

* Resolve customer inquiries to their final resolution.

* Manage Customer Support Tickets effectively.

* Achieve and maintain all key performance indicators.

Offer constructive feedback to team leaders aimed at improving both individual and team performance.

* Participate in ad-hoc project activities as needed.

* Collaborate and engage in a team-oriented environment to promote engagement.

* Ability to work extended hours sitting, typing, and using multiple computer screens in a fast-paced setting.

* Flexibility to work various shifts as required.

Educational Background

High school diploma or GED is required.

Experience Required

2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Travel Requirements

Travel is not anticipated for this position; however, employees may occasionally be required to travel for meetings or training sessions.

Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid work environment. It involves teleworking while also requiring regular attendance at a designated office location as determined by management. The frequency of office attendance is subject to change based on business needs.
