Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to resolve product and service questions

  • Anticipate customer needs and propose further solutions
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and identify sales prospects
  • Generate leads and maintain customer relationships

  • Support warehouse operations and ensure upkeep of facilities
  • Engage in inventory management and maintain product displays
  • Document project specifics and oversee orders for larger projects

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Skills in operating forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Competence in mathematics and computer applications
  • Previous experience in inside sales or customer service preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous

Work Environment

This position requires working in both an office and warehouse environment, with physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting items up to 30lbs. Candidates should be prepared for outdoor work and varying weather conditions.

Travel Requirements

This role does not involve travel.

Employment Status

This position is classified as non-exempt from overtime regulations.
