Overview:
Justin Thompson Restaurants & Catering is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive focused on our catering and private dining offerings. As part of the JTR Group, which encompasses a diverse array of restaurants and venues, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales initiatives.
About Us:
JTR Group is renowned for its exceptional catering services, catering to a wide range of events from intimate gatherings to grand weddings and corporate functions. Our team is dedicated to delivering unparalleled service and culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book catering and private dining events across all JTR Group brands.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients through networking and marketing efforts.
- Leverage existing client relationships to foster repeat business.
- Secure contracts and deposits for each event booked.
- Collaborate with the catering team to finalize event details.
- Communicate event specifics clearly to management teams for seamless execution.
- Follow up with clients post-event to express gratitude and gather feedback, ensuring opportunities for future business.
Compensation Structure:
Base salary of $30,000 annually, with commission opportunities:
- 3% commission on new sales (defined as business from clients who have not held an event with JTR Group in the last three years).
- 2% commission on repeat sales (defined as business from clients who have held an event with JTR Group in the last three years).
