Job Summary
The role involves providing critical support to ESL and bilingual CDA students, facilitating their transition to subsequent educational steps. This position also includes administrative responsibilities essential for the effective functioning of the Bridging the Gap program.

Essential Duties
1. Assist with ESL enrollment, ensuring it aligns with language proficiency assessments.
2. Develop and execute transition strategies for bilingual students moving to ESL and CDA programs.
3. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other TCC representatives to optimize student processes.
4. Maintain precise records for reporting purposes.
5. Act as a liaison and provide support for bilingual students.
6. Aid bilingual students in the application process and guide them towards full enrollment.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- One year of experience working with bilingual students.
- Proficiency in Spanish translation.
- Ability to lift 5-10 pounds (supplies, furniture, etc.).
- Capacity to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet student needs.

Preferred Qualifications
- One year of experience in a supportive role for bilingual students as a liaison.
