Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at the Fairfield Inn Kansas City at the Legends. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, register guests into the computer, and provide accurate and timely information and services.
  • Front Desk Operations: Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries, accept payment for guests' accounts, and maintain a house bank.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Promptly respond to and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Answer telephone promptly and properly, being polite, courteous, and friendly.
  • Reservations and Check-in/Check-out: Be friendly, thorough, accurate, and efficient in taking reservations, performing check-ins, and check-outs.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience with hotel operations, customer service, and front desk operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
