  • Prepare the station with necessary supplies and maintain cleanliness.
  • Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  • Manage guest flow in the dining area, ensuring tables are clean and reset according to standards.
  • Assist in taking and confirming reservations using the reservation management system.
  • Communicate special requests and VIP arrivals to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support the restaurant team in maintaining a positive and efficient environment.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience: Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations is essential.

Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English and handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
