Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee that guest accommodations are ready
- Accurately maintain and update guest records
- Efficiently check guests in and out, providing essential keys and room information
- Manage room reservations through various platforms and respond to guest inquiries
- Professionally address and resolve customer complaints
- Offer comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities and services
- Oversee group bookings and provide special attention to VIP guests
- Promote additional services when suitable
- Handle reservations across different channels
- Skilled in managing phone communications and high-pressure situations
- Prior experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and booking systems
- Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills
- Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent
