Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our team at GC Lodging LLC. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out: Register guests, manage reservations, and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities.
  • Front Desk Operations: Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, manage online and phone reservations, and inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
  • Guest Services: Welcome guests upon their arrival, assign rooms, provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities, and respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs, and confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with hotel reservations software, like SynXis.
  • Soft Skills: Customer service attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service skills.
