Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Manage online and phone reservations, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues
- Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data, maintaining confidentiality and security
- Register guests, collecting necessary information and ensuring accurate records
- Welcome guests upon arrival, assigning rooms and providing information about hotel amenities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to meet guest needs
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP guests and event attendees
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate, to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software, such as OnQ or Opera
- Customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
