Customer Success Specialist

BOTE is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and increasing customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
- You will provide timely support to BOTE customers, identifying opportunities to build lasting relationships.
- You will translate these opportunities into value for the company.
- You will be knowledgeable about our products and services, providing expert advice to customers.
- You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless operations and achieve sales targets.
- You will demonstrate products on the sales floor and in the water, placing customers on the correct products with ideal gear.
- You will build community by knowing customers individually, planting seeds, and building customers for life.
- You will effectively process transactions, maintain data integrity, and own brand standards, housekeeping, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Equivalent related professional sales experience and open availability.
- Direct experience in customer experience and delivering sales and KPI targets.
- Experience working with premium brands delivering best-in-class experiences.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment, with strong computer skills and adaptability.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
