Senior B2B Sales Lead

Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior B2B Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.
This role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and growing our business through innovative sales approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with B2B clients to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead and grow a sales team by recruiting top talent, providing training, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and metrics for the team and monitor progress toward achieving targets.
- Mentor and support team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to generate and qualify leads, improve conversion rates, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
