Senior Sales Role

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Leader to drive sales excellence and revenue growth across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with B2B clients to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing sales teams.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Houston, TX.
