- Building, leading, and growing a sales team by recruiting top talent, providing coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Actively engaging in direct sales activities while also identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities with B2B clients.
Requirements and QualificationsThe successful candidate must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
