Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to generate and qualify leads, improve conversion rates, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
