Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the energy industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead and grow a sales team by recruiting top talent, providing training, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Actively engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Mentor and support team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to generate and qualify leads, improve conversion rates, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
