B2B Sales Manager Professional

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities with B2B clients to meet personal and team sales targets. You will also develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Actively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with B2B clients to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build, lead, and grow a sales team by recruiting top talent, providing training, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and metrics for the team and monitor progress toward achieving targets.
- Mentor and support team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on location (Houston, TX) and industry standards.
